أَوْ يَأْخُذَهُمْ فِى تَقَلُّبِهِمْ فَمَا هُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ

یا انہیں چلتے پھرتے پکڑ لے۔ یہ کسی صورت میں اللہ تعالیٰ کو عاجز نہیں کر سکتے

Or that He will not seize them suddenly in their daily activities and they will not be able to frustrate Him?
